- Coordinate with relevant authorities for swift resolution of grievances.
If you face or witness discrimination
- Document the incident with complete details (date, time, location, witnesses).
- Report to any committee member or lodge a formal complaint via email or in person.
- The committee will investigate and ensure confidentiality throughout the process.
- Appropriate action will be taken based on the findings and institutional policies.
