SES Pharmacy College is committed to providing a safe and dignified environment for all students, faculty, and staff. In accordance with the Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 (POSH Act), the Anti-Sexual Harassment Committee (Internal Complaints Committee) has been constituted with the following members.

Committee Meeting Minutes

- 1Meeting of Anti-Sexual Harassment Committee was held on 10 January 2026 at the Principal's Cabin.
- 2Mrs. Rohini Vichare (Chairman) initiated the meeting and welcomed all members.
- 3Dr. Supriya Hyam (Member Secretary) stated that no complaint related to caste, religion, language, or gender had been registered from students, teaching staff, or non-teaching staff during Academic Year 2025–26.
- 4Discipline in the college campus was reviewed and no contemporary issues such as sexual harassment or gender discrimination were reported.
- 5The committee emphasized combined efforts to promote equality among students from all sections of society.
- 6Members resolved to work for a safe working environment irrespective of caste, religion, language, or gender.
- 7The meeting concluded with refreshments.
Objectives
- Establish a safe, respectful, and inclusive campus environment with zero tolerance for harassment.
- Provide a confidential and accessible mechanism for reporting sexual harassment.
- Ensure prompt and impartial investigation of all complaints with strict confidentiality.
- Create awareness among students and staff about rights, responsibilities, and redressal mechanisms.
- Promote equality irrespective of caste, religion, language, or gender.
- Work towards a safe working environment for all members of the institution.
How to Report a Complaint
- Document the incident with complete details — date, time, location, names of persons involved, and witness details.
- Report to any committee member in person, by email, or through anonymous written complaint submitted to the Principal's office.
- The committee will acknowledge receipt and initiate a confidential inquiry within 7 working days.
- Support and counseling will be provided to the complainant throughout the process.
- Appropriate action will be taken as per institutional policies and the POSH Act, 2013.
- The complainant may appeal against the committee's decision if not satisfied with the outcome.
All complaints are treated with the utmost confidentiality. Victimization of complainants or witnesses is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a separate offence.
