Objectives
- Provide a safe and supportive mechanism for addressing grievances of women students and staff.
- Ensure prompt and confidential resolution of complaints related to harassment or discrimination.
- Organize awareness programs on women's rights, safety, and empowerment.
- Coordinate with institutional and legal authorities when required.
If you have a grievance or complaint
- Document the grievance with complete details (date, time, location, incident description).
- Report to any cell member through email, in person, or via anonymous complaint box.
- The cell will initiate an inquiry maintaining complete confidentiality.
- Appropriate action and support will be provided based on findings and applicable policies.
All complaints are handled with strict confidentiality and sensitivity. Support is available at every stage.
