Objectives

  • Provide a safe and supportive mechanism for addressing grievances of women students and staff.
  • Ensure prompt and confidential resolution of complaints related to harassment or discrimination.
  • Organize awareness programs on women's rights, safety, and empowerment.
  • Coordinate with institutional and legal authorities when required.

If you have a grievance or complaint

  1. Document the grievance with complete details (date, time, location, incident description).
  2. Report to any cell member through email, in person, or via anonymous complaint box.
  3. The cell will initiate an inquiry maintaining complete confidentiality.
  4. Appropriate action and support will be provided based on findings and applicable policies.

All complaints are handled with strict confidentiality and sensitivity. Support is available at every stage.
