Objectives

  • Promote a gender-sensitive and inclusive campus environment.
  • Organize workshops and awareness programs on gender equity and respect.
  • Address gender-based grievances in coordination with relevant committees.
  • Encourage reporting of misconduct and ensure confidentiality and support.

If you face or witness gender-based misconduct

  1. Document incidents with accurate details (date, time, location, persons involved).
  2. Report concerns to any committee member or designated authority promptly.
  3. Submit a written or email complaint for formal review if necessary.
  4. Participate in counseling or mediation sessions if recommended.

Reports are handled sensitively and may be escalated to appropriate statutory committees as required.
