Objectives

  • Provide a transparent and accessible mechanism for students to lodge and resolve grievances.
  • Ensure fair and impartial investigation of all complaints within a stipulated timeframe.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect students from any victimization.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to address systemic issues and prevent recurrence.

How to File a Grievance

  1. Document your grievance with complete details (date, time, location, nature of complaint).
  2. Submit a written complaint to any cell member, the principal, or through the grievance box.
  3. The cell will acknowledge receipt and initiate a fair inquiry process.
  4. Attend resolution meeting if needed and receive feedback on the outcome within stipulated time.
  5. Appeal mechanism is available if you are dissatisfied with the resolution.

All grievances are handled with utmost confidentiality and impartiality.
