Objectives
- Provide a transparent and accessible mechanism for students to lodge and resolve grievances.
- Ensure fair and impartial investigation of all complaints within a stipulated timeframe.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect students from any victimization.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to address systemic issues and prevent recurrence.
How to File a Grievance
- Document your grievance with complete details (date, time, location, nature of complaint).
- Submit a written complaint to any cell member, the principal, or through the grievance box.
- The cell will acknowledge receipt and initiate a fair inquiry process.
- Attend resolution meeting if needed and receive feedback on the outcome within stipulated time.
- Appeal mechanism is available if you are dissatisfied with the resolution.
All grievances are handled with utmost confidentiality and impartiality.
